Their customer service team is great and the product is amazing. Been using it for years and any issues I had were resolved promptly.

My argo broke down and has been replaced for free under warranty from where i bought it. Really a great, compact and sturdy product. You can depend on it and the people at Arizer really support it!

Emailed the customer service and with the help of Anita, Jessica and Chris, I exchanged the broken one for a brand new one + 3 free of charge accessories ! It got delivered faster than I shipped it too. My next upgrade will for sure be with Arizer. This is not a bot review I assure you. Thank you guys !

it is a magic wand opening gates to other realms, every human being should own one. Some minor issues are: filtration of fine particles is not enough with only glass stem but the included steel screen works great. Transparent glass is not ideal for aesthetic reasons, it could be a dark opaq color.

“At first I was like man this ain’t no wrap” (my wife got this for me as a gift) Yet after using it twice and seeing how little herb I was using and still getting efficient results, its insane. It doesn’t allow you to be put on the couch, I’m active, focused, and happy. It truly is one of the greatest gifts I have ever recieved.

The Solo 2 is an amazing device for the price. While most flower vapes are designed with a party in mind, it is fantastic for one person or small groups. The Solo 2 is easy and quick to set up. The clean draw is warm but not hot, filled with great taste, and offers almost instantaneous results. Well worth the cost, able to be transported easily, and very easy to clean. Definitely 10 out of 10 stars.

Arizer’s customer service was exceptional. I had an issue with my Solo II, but they promptly replaced it within two days. Their swift response made a frustrating situation much easier to handle. Now I’m back to enjoying one of the best vaporizers out there and couldn’t be happier. Many thanks to the Arizer team

Best thing I ever bought online

I have been using this solo vap for 10 years. In the 10 years I just had to order my second one , they last forever and so does the charge, I am a heavy user, it last 6 hours if fully charged and I use it 3 times an hour, so this is the longest lasting vap I feel arizer makes as I have bought the air 2 and found i smoke way to much for that one so i use the solo 1 and replace the mouth piece with the air 2 mouth piece and its amazing!!! You can order the mouth pieces separate. This solo I just got came with a charging dock which I do really like so thank you Arizer that new add on. If your looking for a long lasting vap with good pull and very durable, this is the vap you need!!!! I love it and can not live without it!!!!

I’ve been using Arizer vaporizers for years, it’s always been my favorite due to the quality of the products, I just love the glass connections and possibilities! I recently had a problem with my extreme q and, even though I live in Brazil, they worked some magic and I received a new replacement unit in less than a week..!! Very friendly and helpful customer service, including their representative in Brazil. It couldn’t be better, thank you very much for your attention and kindness! 🙂

Have had mine for over two years and use it daily. Never have had any issues and the products and accessories are top notch. I trust Arizer 100% for my needs. Same applies to my Solo II the thing is a workhorse and has never failed to operate in over 2 years steady use.

Tried a high quality handheld vaporizer years ago, it barely worked and tainted my view on vaporizers for a long time. I wanted to see if a desktop vaporizer would have increased performance. I saw the XQ2 on a different website for about $150 and thought why not. Pros: High quality vapor – I vape at 198°C and the vapor is very visible and hits hard Customizable – I like how you can set 3 different buttons for different fan and temperature settings to easily step through temperatures Low noise – fan makes barely any noise Cons: Glass mouthpiece broke from a very small drop and there was no backup/replacement included The flavor orientation of the conessuier bowl does not really produce vapor at the same low temperatures that the cloud orientation is capable of 3 feet is too short for the whip. I would like to see them include a 4 foot whip at the very least, although I think a 6 foot whip would be best. 3 feet is still functional for most people and you can buy silicone tubing online that fits.

I’ve had this for 7+ years, still works excellent. Honestly I’ve never even cleaned it except for the piece where you place the herbs and it shows very little use. I do only take it out on occasion but smooth, tasteful experience every time. Haven’t even need replacements I just came to the site to see if if they still make them cause it’s been soo long. Highly recommend

I’ve owned the Extreme Q for years, but I’ve been consuming herbs since 1968. I found that I could no longer smoke. Took a trip to Amsterdam almost 20 years ago and saw the Volcano. Bought one and used it. DID NOT like it at all. It was too harsh, required constant cleaning, and it had too many parts, way too many parts. I saw the Extreme Q and bought it. It was PERFECT. I wouldn’t use any other device. The ease of cleaning is great, the quietness of using is GREAT and the taste of the herb is great and the vapor is very smooth! I love it, I would recommend it to those of us who are older. No coughing, no sore throat, much less smell, and a very simple & clean experience. I highly recommend the Extreme Q.

The operative words when buying another desktop was temperature and economical. I had started looking for a better effect than I was getting from the Mighty. The Arizer was affordable and went to much higher temperatures than others. It’s easy to use, clean and set up. this little beauty seems to work pretty good!!

I am a pioneer of having a V-Tower. I originally bought my machine more than 12 years ago and it is still going. With the exception of having to buy replacement parts, I’ve had no major issues with this machine. I highly recommend this machine for every herbalist!

Only had it a couple of days but I love it. Had a DaVinci but it broke and their customer service did not respond. Found this one on line and thought it might be right. Emailed customer service and said if you answer this I will buy one. The answered me next day so I ordered on and have had it for 2 days so far. Very well designed and easy to use. Clean up is a breeze. All the parts seem like great quality and the glass parts are nice and thick. Very nice and robust hose. The machine has an easy to use and see control panel. Also the machine itself has a bit of weight behind it so it is pretty stable on the table. I have it set at 186c and it gives lovely and cool tasty hits. Great quality, Great price. Great hits! BUY ONE

I have now used the V-Tower for over a year. It was a gift, and although I frowned upon vaping flower previously I really enjoy this!
