Arizer Batteries meet rigorous quality standards. With normal use they will last for hundreds of charge cycles before losing any capacity. Dropping the battery or the unit can result in battery damage that may limit / reduce the battery capacity quickly, so it is important to handle the batteries and your unit carefully.
Battery Charge
Depending on the temperature setting and general usage patterns the Air battery will typically last for 3-5 uses per charge, or up to one hour of continuous use per charge. The battery will take 3-4 hours to fully charge, or longer if you use it while charging.
Use While Charging
If your battery is running low, with the Arizer Air you don’t have to wait for the battery to fully charge before you can use it. Just partially charge the battery (15-20 minutes) and then you can set the temperature and use the Air while the battery continues charging. Note: The Arizer Air will not operate if the battery is completely drained.
Interchangeable / Swappable Battery
An easily interchangeable battery allows you to have some spare batteries fully charged as a back-up for when your battery is running low and for extended use on the go.
Battery Conservation
The Arizer Air and Air Chargers have built-in protections to prevent the battery from being overcharged or drained too low. To conserve battery life, use the Arizer Air in a temperature controlled environment and use the lower temperature settings. When outdoors, stay sheltered from the elements and avoid using in extremely cold temperatures. Charge the battery as necessary. Do not store the battery fully charged or fully drained for longer than one month (store with partial charge).

The Air MAX itself is essentially maintenance free so you can spend your time using it instead of cleaning it! Simply recharge or replace the battery when it is low, swap out pre-loaded Glass Aroma Tubes on the go without fiddling with emptying or cleaning bowls, and keep your herbs and botanicals contained in the removable Glass Aroma Tubes that can be cleaned effortlessly! After numerous uses the glass parts should be cleaned to ensure optimal performance. To clean the glass parts, soak them in isopropyl (rubbing) alcohol for a couple hours then rinse with hot water. In most cases doing this will clean the Glass Aroma Tubes as good as new, but if not simply repeat as necessary. After cleaning, always ensure the Glass Aroma Tubes are fully dry before use.

- Check to see if the battery has become hot. If so, leave the battery until it has cooled off.
- For further protection, wrap the battery in a piece of kitchen paper and seal it with tape.
- Put the battery into a box and label it: “Lithium Ion battery” and hand it in to a chemical waste disposal facility.
Counterfeit & Inferior – Quality Battery Warning:
Customers are urged to be careful when purchasing batteries due to the flood of counterfeit and inferior-quality batteries for sale often found on online-auction and various websites. The use of counterfeit and/or inferior-quality lithium batteries can cause internal shorts leading to fires and/or explosions which can result in property damage and/or personal injury. The use of counterfeit and/or inferior-quality batteries could greatly reduce runtime and output performance, damage your Air II, constitute a safety hazard, and voids all warranties.
If you experience an issue with your Air II send an email to service@arizer.com and an expert Arizer customer service representative will reply as soon as possible to troubleshoot and determine the best way to resolve any issues. To help expedite your service request please include a description of the problem, your full name, your shipping address, the serial number on the bottom of your device, and a copy of your sales receipt.
The Air II itself is essentially maintenance free so you can spend your time using it instead of cleaning it! Simply recharge the battery when it is low, swap out pre-loaded Glass Aroma Tubes on the go without worry about emptying or cleaning bowls, and keep your herbs / botanicals contained in the removable Glass Aroma Tubes that can be cleaned effortless.

The Solo II MAX itself is essentially maintenance free so you can spend your time using it instead of cleaning it!

The Balloon consists of the Bag, Balloon Connector, Balloon Cap and Frosted Glass Balloon Mouthpiece.
1. Slip the silicone balloon cap over the glass mouthpiece so it rests between the glass bulbs.
2. Insert the bottom (unfrosted end) of the glass mouthpiece through the top of the hole of the silicone balloon connector. Push until the bulbs of the mouthpiece is fully on each side of the cap.
3. Gather the open end of the balloon and insert it through the large opening in the threaded base until there is enough material to fold evenly back past the base threads.
Note: The size of the bag can be adjusted by changing how much material is pulled through the opening. Ensure excess material is trimmed.
4. Push the two pieces of the balloon connector together until they lock. Slide the connector up the glass until it rests against the bulb closest to the frosted mouthpiece.
XQ2 Air Intake filters are made of two material types: activated carbon and high efficiency PET biodegradable, organic, synthetic fibers. The combination of the activated carbon filter and high efficiency PET biodegradable, organic, synthetic fibers effectively traps harmful gases, odors, and airborne contaminants like dust, pollen, pet dander, and more.
The black filter is a high quality activated carbon layer, which acts as the first line of defense and should be placed closest to the bottom. The green & white layers are made from PET biodegradable, organic, synthetic fibers, which filter out particles larger than 5μm (micrometers) or 0.005mm.
For maximum efficiency, it is recommended to replace the filters every 4-6 months.
