I bought an ArGo device and I had a problem with it. Arizer provided an outstanding customer service and replaced the unit for me. Well done for hearing and believing in your customers, putting them first. I truly recommend Arizer, I could tell they are proud about their product expressed through warranty and their willingness to keep their customers happy! Well done for company mentality and great after sale team!

I have researched for a while before buying my first flower portable vape, and it just so happened to be from the same maker of my in home bag vape. This is a solid piece for when i travel or just want to mellow out at home. Im a mild user and its worked well even when sharing with others. Also this conserves flower like no other. With a light bowl sparsely spread out i find that 377 degree is sufficient enough for massive rips.

I think it’s been about 3 years since I bought my first ArGo, but it’s been pretty hazzy since I got the thing! Love it! It went with me on mountain bike rides almost daily. I could fire up a great “rest” session in about 5 or 6 minutes. I was asking for trouble and finally got it by dropping it sharply on the pavement. I found 420 degrees on the trail was SUPER, and lower temps for more flavor, longer sessions at home… mmmmm delicious! So after considering many other options, and knowing I now have 3 tubes and 2 batteries …..I pulled the trigger on another one and am waiting for it to come home! PS-Get one! You will love it!

it is a magic wand opening gates to other realms, every human being should own one. Some minor issues are: filtration of fine particles is not enough with only glass stem but the included steel screen works great. Transparent glass is not ideal for aesthetic reasons, it could be a dark opaq color.

If you are looking for nice draws great taste and a quality company, look no further. I have purchased 4 of these vapes in the last week, some as gifts but two for me, because I wanted a back up. This is truly the best vaping experience I have ever had. I am replacing my Pax 3 (which is twice the price almost) forever. Customer service is great as well. I had a a non warranty issue but they kindly took care of it for me. It is a pleasure finding a product and a company that is this good. Keep up the good work.

The air quality is perfect. It is an engineering marvel. Everything is designed from the bottom up to work correctly. The completely glass path is superb. This is the easiest to keep clean, by far, of any unit I have ever used. Simply blow out the debris while still warm. Maybe an occasional wipe with a tissue. That’s it, it stays completely clean. Your herbs are enclosed inside glass, never touches the oven, the glass sits inside the heating chamber. So there is no mess stuck to the oven, and no need to be constantly cleaning. The vapor is pulled away from the heating plate, so that stays clean too, what a fabulous design. I have tried all the other approaches and this is the only one that is almost maintenance free! Then there is the air quality. After I tried the Arizer, I put all the others aside, I don’t use them anymore. I ended up ordering two more Air units. That’s how good they are. It has the feel of a precision instrument, and is solid and reliable. And with replaceable battery, what can I say, perfect. There is a reason Arizer is always rated on top, it’s that good. After now trying it myself, for a few months, I can say there is none better. So I wrote this review to congratulate a beautifully engineered unit.

I ordered my air from Toronto Hemp Company and unfortunayly upon unboxing it it would not charge from being packed with an incorrect charger. Arizer customer support team quickly identified the issue and sent me the correct charger (1 day shipped to Southern Ontario). The customer service I received makes me very confident if any new issues would arise. Very happy with the product itself!

I had some trouble with my solo 2, a button had cracked after a year of normal use. I contacted customer service and the whole experience was flawless. The quickly identified my problem and replaced my device. One of the best customer service teams I think I’ve ever cone across. Well done !! 👏

I bought one is these just over 10 years ago. It still works perfectly and it got heavy use for most of those years then two years of virtually no use and back to normal use. I was afraid the battery may have completely died with no use for those 2 years but it worked perfectly. I’m sure the battery life is less by now but since I don’t have a new one to compare it to I haven’t noticed. I think I get 6 full timed sessions with it. They only thing I’ve needed to replace is the glass mouth pieces (my fault of course). Hopefully they don’t realize how bad their business model is, I still don’t need a new one but came to the site as I might gift one to a friend

I used the tower years ago and gave it away to a needy person; however, I researched and decided to buy this upgraded design. the cloud bowl, the baloon bag and connectors including glass angled attachment get used often. my so likes the whip vape. the remote is a nice assistance device. one balloon does me well most nights.

My XQ2 broke and these guys came more than through in fixing it! Made a loyal customer with the help I received. POTV didn’t do anything to help but these guys went above and beyond:). Thanks again Arizer team.

I didnt buy this product from Arizer I’m in auz, I cant remember where I got it from but I have had it for 11 years now and it is literally faultless. I have lost the controller and I dont have bags anymore because Its been 11 years, on and off moving houses, moving citys, bumping it, dropping it and turning it back on and it working work exacly how it did when I got it in 2013. This is the first vape I ever bought and it has helped me so much at so many different times over this decade. If Arizer reads these reviews I just wanna say you guys did a great job with this and if mine broke tomorrow I would probably buy another one. So thank you for providing a quality product that is well built, reasonably priced and gets me every time. Cheers.

I just bought my second Extreme Q as I developed a sensitivity to smoke and when I tried my original one, it was perfect! Although the effect is as good or greater than my other vaporizers the inhalation is smooth and light. It’s just perfect..well built and easy to use. I love the remote. Great product

The versatility! Wow!! Fill up a bag and go to the moon or tap the whip for a quick hitter. The value. It saves so much herb it pays for itself. I promise you will not find a better vaporizer.

I’ve had my V-Tower for a few months now and it’s become my most-used go-to dry herb vape ever since I discovered ‘elbow packing.’ (I also own 5 or 6 portable vapes including a Solo II which is my second favorite after the V-Tower.) Yeah, the V-Tower works well when you fill the cyclone bowl with herb. But using the glass elbow and its filter for elbow packing is, at least for me, the quickest and easiest way to go. Priced much less than many dry herb portable vapes, I highly recommend getting a V-Tower.
