Wife bought this for me for Christmas …. haven’t smoked a joint since. Had an issue with the charged, and Andrew sent me a new one out lickidy split, no charge. Amazing. Wished the new one hadn’t just come out after I bought this one, bc it looks much nicer and from what I hear heats up way faster and battery lasts much longer. I do have to typically charge mine during the day. I puff on it too much I guess. I just encouraged my ffeiend to buy, and he bought the new one and loves it.

Had a glitch during the ordering process but they truly went above and beyond to compensate. I never leave reviews but the stellar level of performance warrants it, that goes for Arizer’s people and the Air II. Couldn’t be happier with my purchase. Will buy from again.

Good evening just sitting here vaporizing with my Arizer Air. I have 3 Batteries & 2 Stems. I just wanted to tell you I vape from when I wake up to when I go to bed and take it everywhere I go. I have not bought a lighter in over 2 years. I dropped it thousands of times in foot deep snow, mud, got rained on, but it still works like the first day i bought it. I tell everyone they need to get one. Thanks a million, this is the greatest investment I have ever made!

Great company, and a very professional customer service team. I have the Arizer Air and let me tell you It works amazing for when your out on the go! and a top quality product vapes like a champ. I also got some extra batteries and charger, so when I vape with my friends we get good sessions!

A review for people looking at options. I have the Zeus Arc, Smite + and this Solo 2. This is better battery, better vapour, easier to clean, glass mouth piece(no melted silicone in your mouth) yes superior in every aspect but portability but would never choose the others at home. no comparison simply put.

After around a year of useage, my Solo NLE (a discontinued model based on the original solo) had a burnt out LED. Arizer replaced the unit with a Solo II, a significant upgrade. The Solo II is great, the battery lasts much longer than my previous Solo.

I have been using solo vaporizers fr ten years. I have tried others witch work fine , however not one has had the reliability of the solo, battery not so good anymore. 4 dead and the solo still going strong. Just ordered the solo II combo. Looking forward to another ten years of quality vaping

I was in for a surprise & I knew it. As soon as it arrived, I was super excited. I waited soo long for this! When I unpacked the box & set it all up, it looked very cool & i loved the lights on it. The build quality is solid. First, I tried the sample herbs that were sent with it, lavender. The room smelled so good after just about 10 minutes, i felt calm. Then I loaded up my medicine & put it on 220 c to test it out compared to a portable vaporizer & I accidentally inhaled the medicine so I made sure the ring was at the end of the pipe & started vaping. Trust me, after this experience, I am never going back to smoking. Combustion is old news. This device has done a wonderful & effective job. I am so happy that I finally decided to purchase the Extreme Q. I was so unsure about buying it. This is well worth the investment. Thanks Arizer for such a product.

My Extreme Q stopped working, I contacted customer service and described the problem to Andrew who diagnosed the problem as the power supply. He sent one to me immediately that solved the problem. You cannot get better than that.
